Founder and Owner of RCM Custom Homes. Rich has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. He graduated with a bachelor's degree of science in architecture studies. Rich has experience in residential homes, commercial construction, roofing, flooring, framing, and general contracting. He is very meticulous in wood working and both exterior/interior trim. Rich excels in attention to detail, providing the highest quality results while maintaining efficient time management. Over the many years of working for well-established construction companies, Rich gained valuable knowledge and experience and has led out as supervisor on multimillion dollar homes. Rich is a big supporter of local businesses and has developed a solid working partnership with many. Rich navigates each project with a zealous passion to bring about every client's dream home. During the process of building each individualized home, he holds respect for each phase while envisioning the final design. His flexibility and accountability are treasured by past clients along with his caliber of communication. He holds a high regard for all professional and interpersonal relationships.
